Upcoming Events
All 2024 meetings will be held on the 3rd Tuesday of the month a meeting is scheduled unless otherwise noted in the dates below. We plan to schedule meetings to be held on the following moths: February, April, June, August, September (only if amendments to the covenants are proposed), and November.

Neighborhood Garage Sale - Saturday, May 4, 2024 - 7:00am until whenever
All homeowners are welcome to participate in the annual neighborhood garage sale. The City of Rogers requires each home to register for their own garage sale permit now. Of course, you are welcome to have garage sales at other times during the year, in accordance with the city of Rogers rules. This date has been moved based on those who commented on our Facebook page. In the past, we had set it to be the last Saturday in April.

BSPOA Dues Reminder
As a reminder, BSPOA Dues of $120/lot are due and payable on January 1st of each year. Notices are sent via postal mail in December and serve as our reminder. Please be sure to pay your dues before February 15th to avoid any late fees.
If you would rather not cut a check but add yourself to our Direct Payment option via ACH, please download the BSPOA ACH Direct Payment Authorization Form, fill it out and either mail or scan-send it back to our Treasurer.
